Brick Store Museum hosts Louisa May Alcott event
The Brick Store Museum will host an afternoon tea with Louisa May Alcott on April 12 at 2 p.m. The event invites fans of literature and history to meet the famous author of "Little Women" through a portrayal by historical interpreter Laura Rocklyn. Rocklyn, an accomplished actress and writer, will recreate Alcott's character. She will share insights into Alcott's life in Concord, Massachusetts, and discuss the inspirations behind her beloved works. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the event. This event also serves as a fundraiser for the Brick Store Museum. Guests can enjoy tea and light refreshments while experiencing a slice of 19th-century life. Tickets for the event can be purchased on the museum's website.
