Brinks Home to cut 42 jobs in Pennsylvania
A home security company based in Texas is set to lay off workers in Pennsylvania. Brinks Home has announced that it will eliminate its commercial division. This decision affects 42 employees in the state. The layoffs will occur on June 30. In addition to the Pennsylvania cuts, 19 more employees in other states will also lose their jobs. The company did not specify if any offices in Pennsylvania will close as part of this action. Brinks Home filed a notice about the layoffs with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. The company also informed local officials in Lancaster and Williamsport.
