Bristol mother finds empowerment through pole dancing business
Tash Burrows, a mother from Bristol, struggled to support her family on £71 a week. After participating in the TV show "Rich House, Poor House" in 2022, she returned to her financial difficulties but found empowerment through pole dancing. Despite losing her hearing due to stress, Tash started a pole dancing business, which helped her improve her mental health and connect with a community of women. She has since transitioned to teaching pole dancing and has taken on a teaching job, leading to better financial stability. Tash's daughter, Kayla, has also benefited from the experience, gaining confidence and preparing for prom. The family has remortgaged their home and is now able to enjoy activities like trips to Alton Towers and plans for a Disney World vacation.
