Brookfield Residential launches Towson model home in Nexton

Nexton has officially opened the Towson model home built by Brookfield Residential. This new home is located at 217 Carefree Way in the Midtown neighborhood of Nexton. The Towson is a two-story house with 2,690 square feet. It includes four bedrooms and up to three and a half bathrooms. The main level has a kitchen, a big family room, a formal living room, and a primary suite with two walk-in closets and a private bathroom. The upper floor contains a loft and three more bedrooms. Homeowners can customize the Towson with features like a library or a screened porch. Cassie Cataline, the marketing director at Nexton, praised the Towson model for its quality and modern design. She said it combines comfort, style, and smart planning, making Nexton a great place to live. Midtown at Nexton offers over 100 different house plans. The area includes amenities such as the Midtown Clubhouse, which has a resort-style pool and fitness center. The community also organizes events like food trucks and movie nights. Nexton is currently in its 12th year of a 20-year development plan. Since its beginning, it has sold more than 3,200 homes and created extensive commercial space, attracting both businesses and residents.
