This follows his absence from the Ravens game last week. Defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. has been placed on injured reserve with a sprained knee and will miss at least four games. He may return for the final four games of the season, starting December 15. The Browns have signed defensive tackle Sam Kamara and defensive end Elerson Smith from the practice squad, and elevated receiver Kadarius Toney to the active roster.
