Bus carrying bagpipers crashes in Pennsylvania, 17 injured
A charter bus carrying bagpipers from a St. Patrick’s Day parade crashed into an empty tractor-trailer in Mount Cobb, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on Sunday evening as the bus exited Interstate 84. Seventeen people on the bus sustained minor injuries and were taken to hospitals. The crash is under investigation and was not caused by weather conditions. The bus was transporting the Greater Scranton Black Diamonds Pipe Band. The band has canceled group events for Monday but some members may perform solo.
