BYD launches Seal 5 DM-i sedan with 1645 km range in the Philippines

BYD has launched the Seal 5 DM-i sedan, which can travel up to 1,645 kilometers on a full charge and tank. This model combines electric and petrol power, offering a range that surpasses current electric vehicles in the Philippines. The Seal 5 DM-i is available in two variants, priced at P1.198 million for the Premier and P948,000 for the Dynamic. Both models feature modern designs, spacious interiors, and advanced technology, including a rotating touchscreen and smartphone integration. This launch coincides with BYD's 30th anniversary and marks a significant milestone as the company celebrates producing its 10-millionth New Energy Vehicle. BYD aims to make electric vehicles more mainstream in the Philippines through its collaboration with ACMobility.
