Car accident in Tathawade kills one, injures three

A car accident near Tathawade led to the death of a 21-year-old man and injured three others. The crash occurred late Friday night on the Katraj-Dehu Road bypass. Police reported that the deceased was Ghanashyam Mahadik from Moshi. He was traveling with three friends when their car crashed. The group was heading towards Ravet when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The car hit a road median and flipped over. Ghanashyam was taken to a nearby hospital but died from his injuries. The other three passengers are currently receiving treatment. The Hinjewadi police have opened a case against the driver for causing death by negligence.
