Car driver hospitalized after Bukit Timah bus accident

The 34-year-old female driver was conscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The 46-year-old bus driver is cooperating with the police investigation. According to SBS Transit, the bus was in the left lane when the car suddenly cut into its path, causing the collision. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported among the bus passengers or the driver. A video from the scene shows the blue car partially on the pedestrian walkway. Its rear was crumpled, and the bus had visible damage to its front bumper. People were seen helping a person sitting nearby, while an ambulance arrived at the scene. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
