Car parade uplifting 11-year-old battling cancer in Massachusetts

His grandmother, Kathleen Young, shared that he has been fighting cancer since he was four years old, and the disease has now spread to his brain. Alex's family expressed their gratitude for the support. They said seeing his excitement during the parade was heartwarming. The day included a ride in one of Alex's favorite cars, a Lamborghini, adding to the joy of the occasion.
