Certain Social Security recipients won't get payments tomorrow
Social Security will issue its last payments for March 2025 tomorrow. Many people will receive stimulus checks, but some will not. This depends on their birth date and the type of benefits they receive. Beneficiaries born between the 1st and 20th of the month will not receive a payment tomorrow. Those born between the 1st and 10th got their checks on March 12. Those with birthdays from the 11th to the 20th received theirs on March 19. Additionally, people who started receiving Social Security benefits before May 1997, or those who receive both Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security, will not get a check tomorrow. Their payments were issued earlier in the month on March 3. SSI-only recipients will also miss out on the March 26 checks. Their payments are typically sent on the 1st of the month. For March 2025, this payment was scheduled for February 28 since March 1 is a Saturday. Lastly, individuals whose benefits are suspended due to various issues will not receive a payment. This includes cases of overpayment recovery or identity verification problems. Those who will receive a check tomorrow are beneficiaries born between the 21st and 31st of any month, and who started receiving benefits after May 1997. If a payment does not arrive by March 26, it is best to wait three business days before contacting the Social Security Administration.
