Challenge Tour includes two UAE events in April

The HotelPlanner Tour is returning to the UAE for two events next month. These tournaments will offer golf fans a chance to see up-and-coming players compete at top venues. This follows an exciting season of high-level golf in the region. The first event is the UAE Challenge, scheduled for April 10-13 at Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club. This will be the course's debut on the HotelPlanner Tour. The course is known for its beautiful layout set within a protected mangrove ecosystem. After the UAE Challenge, the Abu Dhabi Challenge takes place from April 17-20 at Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club. This venue is famous for its exciting course that provides a balanced challenge for players. The Tour Director, Jamie Hodges, expressed enthusiasm about returning to the UAE. He emphasized the importance of showcasing the region's gorgeous and challenging courses. Both tournaments are vital for young golfers looking to advance to the DP World Tour. The Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) is heavily involved, providing spots for 30 UAE players to compete. This will give local golfers a chance to test themselves against a high-caliber international field. General Abdullah Alhashmi of the EGF highlighted the importance of these events for developing local talent. Both tournaments are expected to attract strong competitors. Players will vie for crucial ranking points and an opportunity to advance to the prestigious DP World Tour.
