Cheyenne and Zach seek fertility help after six months

Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis are trying to expand their family. They appeared in the March 20 episode of "Teen Mom: The Next Chapter" where they visited a fertility specialist. The couple has been trying to conceive for nearly seven months and already have a son named Ace, who is 3½ years old. Cheyenne is also the mother of a 7-year-old daughter, Ryder, from a previous relationship. During their visit, the doctor suggested several tests for both Cheyenne and Zach. The results showed that Cheyenne's egg supply was healthy, and Zach's sperm supply was also good. However, the doctor found that Zach's sperm wasn’t moving as it should. The doctor explained that lifestyle choices could affect sperm health. He mentioned that if Zach has been smoking marijuana, stopping could help improve the situation. Zach expressed surprise at this information, and Cheyenne encouraged him to consider quitting for a while. In a confessional, Cheyenne expressed appreciation for Zach's willingness to cooperate in the process. She highlighted the importance of both partners in trying to conceive. Cheyenne noted that gender roles often cause women to feel solely responsible, but it takes both partners to achieve pregnancy.
