Chick-fil-A tests new Icedream treats in select markets

Chick-fil-A is testing new spring menu items, which include a fun treat. The fast-food chain is trying out “spun sodas” and floats in select cities: Chicago, Salt Lake City, San Diego, and Tampa. The main attraction is the “Icedream Spin,” made with the restaurant’s special iced dairy dessert known as “Icedream." This dessert is mixed by hand with a choice of fountain soda, creating a creamy and tasty drink. They also have the “Icedream Float” that combines any soda with a swirl of Icedream. While mixing ice cream and soda is not a new concept, customers are excited about having it at Chick-fil-A. Many fans expressed their enthusiasm on social media, with one user commenting, “Take all my money.” Some customers say they have already found similar drinks at certain Chick-fil-A locations, while others have not been able to order them. It remains to be seen if these new drinks will become available in more locations as summer approaches.
