The First Responders Children's Foundation (FRCF) has appointed retired NYPD Chief Theresa Tobin as its Chief National Public Safety Liaison. This role will help improve access to FRCF programs for the families of first responders across the United States. Chief Tobin brings 41 years of law enforcement experience to the foundation. She started her career in 1983 with the NYPD and worked her way up to become Chief of Interagency Operations.
