Christina Ricci selling LA home for $4.17 million
Christina Ricci is selling her Los Angeles home for $4.17 million. The decision comes after a family member lost their home in the Palisades Fire on January 7. Ricci, known for her role in "Yellowjackets," purchased the house in Silver Lake for $4 million in July 2024. Now, she is looking for a larger place to accommodate her relative, whose home was destroyed in the wildfire. Realtor Lorraine Getz explained that the need for more space became urgent when the family member moved in with Ricci. The house, built in 2018, is nearly 3,400 square feet with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It features a modern kitchen, city views, and has both smart-home technology and a lovely design. The property includes a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and an open living area with a fireplace. This home stands out for its location, offering stunning views and easy access to the Silver Lake Recreation Center and nearby restaurants. The listing highlights unique features, such as a hidden cat box and a floating staircase that leads to the primary suite. Ricci married hairstylist Mark Hampton in October 2021 and has a three-year-old daughter named Cleopatra as well as a ten-year-old son, Freddie, from a previous marriage.
