Cleveland man arrested for drugs, bullet near child

On March 11, a resident reported losing over $1,500 to a gift card scam involving a fake email from someone posing as his church pastor. The victim realized he was scammed after further requests for gift cards. On March 12, police arrested a 33-year-old man in Westlake for possessing drug abuse instruments. He was found with hypodermic needles in a backpack and was wanted for a felony parole violation.
