Colleen Hoover’s Pepsi ice cube video raises concerns
Colleen Hoover, the author of the popular book "It Ends With Us," has raised concerns among her fans after posting a strange video on Instagram. In the clip, the 45-year-old writer demonstrated how to make ice cubes using Diet Pepsi and jokingly suggested that it might be a new low for her. While making the ice cubes, she spoke slowly and seemed a bit confused. She commented on how they would taste like any other Diet Pepsi but would be the best drink after they melted. Shortly after, she shared another video where she criticized an employee for selling her merchandise too cheaply. She expressed worry that she might end up "broke" if the prices did not go up. The unusual videos led many fans to express their concern, with some calling them "sad" and hoping she is okay. Alongside this, Hoover is also facing backlash for her involvement in a legal dispute between actress Blake Lively and actor Justin Baldoni. Lively has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of the film adaptation of Hoover's book. Hoover initially showed support for Lively but later faced significant backlash for appearing to take sides. She has since removed mentions of Lively from her social media. Public relations experts say Hoover needs to maintain neutrality to protect her career. As she continues to work on new projects, experts advise her to avoid commenting on the conflict.
