Connecticut Sun release coach Stephanie White after two successful seasons
The Connecticut Sun have parted ways with coach Stephanie White after two seasons. White led the team to a 55-25 regular season record and two semifinal appearances. This decision comes a day after the Indiana Fever fired their coach, Christie Sides. White, a former Fever player and coach, is now a candidate for that position. Sun president Jen Rizzotti thanked White for her contributions and wished her well in future endeavors. The team will now search for a new head coach.
