Connecticut woman arrested after ramming police cruisers

A 33-year-old woman from Connecticut, Electra Chiulli, was arrested after allegedly ramming two state police cruisers while trying to escape from a gas station in Norwich. She was wanted on a warrant for a previous police pursuit. Chiulli faces multiple charges, including first-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving. She was initially spotted driving a vehicle without a front license plate and failing to maintain her lane. After hitting the cruisers, Chiulli fled on foot but was later found hiding under a deck. Police discovered suspected narcotics in the area. She was taken to a hospital and is being held on a $500,000 bond.
