Contractor discharged from hospital after Canton asphalt plant fire

A contractor has been released from the hospital after suffering serious injuries in a two-alarm fire at an asphalt processing facility in Canton. The fire broke out on Saturday afternoon at the GAF plant on Ponca Street. Firefighters responded to the scene and found heavy smoke and flames.
