Cooper Flagg's brother is 3-star recruit Ace Flagg

Ace is a twin and is part of the class of 2025. Both brothers played at Nokomis High School in Newport, Maine, before transferring to Montverde Academy in Florida for one year. After that, Ace moved to Greensboro Day School in North Carolina for his senior season. Ace Flagg is a 3-star recruit and is ranked as the 61st power forward and 20th overall player from North Carolina. While both brothers were originally in the class of 2025, Cooper reclassified to join Duke earlier. In October 2024, Ace committed to the University of Maine, where their mother also played basketball. In terms of physical stats, Cooper is 6-foot-9, while Ace is 6-foot-7 and weighs more. Cooper is seen as a standout player, ranked as the No. 1 prospect in his class. Last season, Ace played 18 games, scoring 69 points with a shooting percentage of 54%.
