Cornell University student found dead in campus gorge

A Cornell University student, Winter Knutson, was found dead in Fall Creek Gorge on Sunday morning. University officials confirmed his identity on Monday. Knutson, a math and physics major, graduated from Ithaca High School. His body was discovered under the Stewart Avenue bridge around 10:45 a.m. Authorities reported no immediate signs of foul play. The Ithaca Police Department is seeking information regarding the incident.
