Dairy Queen offering free cones on March 20

Dairy Queen is celebrating "treat season" with its annual Free Cone Day. The event will take place on Thursday, March 20, which also marks the first day of spring. On Free Cone Day, everyone can get a small vanilla cone for free at participating locations. There is no purchase required at non-mall locations, and each person in a group can receive one cone while supplies last. At mall locations, customers will need to make a purchase to get their free cone. Dairy Queen is also running a sweepstakes for a chance to win free cones for a year.
