Dairy Queen offers free cones at U.S. locations

Dairy Queen marked the arrival of spring by hosting Free Cone Day on March 20. Customers at participating locations in the U.S. received one free vanilla cone while supplies lasted. This special offer allowed people to enjoy a sweet treat at no cost. Customers at non-mall locations did not need to make a purchase to get their free cone. However, at mall locations, a purchase was required to claim the offer. Dairy Queen included a $1 option for dipped coatings, with money raised going to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Other chains also offered deals to celebrate spring. Rita’s Italian Ice gave away free 6-ounce servings of their Italian ice. Dunkin' Donuts rewarded members with triple points on certain purchases. Baskin-Robbins provided discounted smoothies and Mangonadas. Jamba offered $1 "Over Ice" drinks from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Customers were encouraged to check Dairy Queen's website or app to find information on participating locations for the giveaway.
