Daisy May Cooper shared that her late co-star Michael Sleggs experienced a visitation from an "angelic presence" that predicted his death. Sleggs, who played Slugs in "This Country," died from heart failure in July 2019 at age 33. Cooper recalled Sleggs' struggles with pain and his fear of dying while in palliative care. She described how the presence told him he would have a "new body" in seven days, and he passed away just before midnight on the seventh day. In the interview, Cooper also discussed her own ghost encounters, including a moment during her hospitalization for viral meningitis in 2018. She reported hearing a voice reassuring her, which she later had tattooed on her wrist.
