Dan Levy signs with CAA for representation renewal

Dan Levy, the Emmy-winning actor and creator, has signed with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for representation. He had been without an agency since leaving WME in November. This change comes as he prepares for his new Netflix series, which has not yet received a formal green light. Levy is known for co-creating and starring in the hit show "Schitt's Creek." The series won nine Emmy Awards during its final season in 2020, and Levy personally took home four awards for his roles in acting, writing, and directing. In 2023, Levy made headlines by co-hosting the Emmy Awards with his father, Eugene Levy. They were the first father-son duo to host the prestigious event. He also guest-starred in the final season of HBO’s "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and appeared in the Netflix film "Unfrosted." Looking ahead, Levy will star in several upcoming projects. These include "Animal Friends," a live-action and animated film, as well as an animated "Smurfs" movie. He continues to work with several agents across different agencies while beginning this new chapter with CAA.
