Since the property is heritage-listed, they cannot demolish it completely. Their renovation plan will keep the house's front facade and raise the upper level. The new design includes five bedrooms and three levels of living space. The under house area, which contains a carport and rear deck, will be removed. The couple intends to add terraces, a swimming pool, and a space for entertaining. Located just 4 kilometers from Brisbane’s central business district, the renovated property is expected to provide great views of the city's skyline. Darius and Kayla have shared their excitement for this project on Instagram, marking the start of their new business. The Boyds have experience in property flipping. Last year, they sold a home for $4.55 million shortly after listing it, making a significant profit on their investment.
