Dave Mahon pleads not guilty to assaulting pensioner

A jury has been selected for the trial of Dave Mahon, who is facing charges for assaulting a pensioner. Mr. Mahon, who is 53 years old and from Carrick on Shannon, pleaded not guilty to the charge of causing harm to 70-year-old Jim Fahy on August 26, 2021.
