She mentioned that her ticket was bought through a third-party agent, which may have affected her waiver. The airline responded to Ray’s concerns, wishing her father a speedy recovery and asking for further details to address her issue. Air India stated they are looking into both situations and reminded passengers of their policies regarding ticket cancellations.
