Throughout the day, she takes various supplements to support her health. Davina manages her hay fever through immunotherapy and uses hormone replacement therapy to help with her well-being. In the evenings, she enjoys cooking with her boyfriend. They often prepare healthy meals and avoid refined sugars. Davina also relaxes by playing the piano and taking baths. Before sleeping, she follows a calming night routine, which helps her drift off easily. She utilizes relaxation techniques to ensure a good night’s sleep and is thankful for improvements in her sleep quality since taking vaginal estrogen.
