A 16-year-old girl named River Evans has gone missing in Pueblo, Colorado. She is deaf, blind, and has a cognitive disability. River was last seen on Wednesday night after getting into a strange small truck around 9 PM. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has labeled her as "endangered." Officials are concerned she might be having a mental health crisis and that she does not have her necessary medication. Family friend Katheryn Beeby mentioned that River left home without telling anyone. Beeby said River was in the shower at 9:30 PM. When her grandfather went to check on her at 11 PM, she was gone without a sound. River took a red panda purse and two black bags when she left. River is described as white, around five feet tall, and weighing 200 pounds. The family is asking anyone with information to contact the Pueblo Police Department or call 911. They hope to bring River home safely.
