Delhi Assembly honors cricket Champions Trophy winners and astronaut

Assembly speaker Vijender Gupta congratulated captain Rohit Sharma and the players for their impressive performance. He also thanked International Cricket Council chairman Jay Shah for organizing the tournament successfully. In addition, the Assembly celebrated Sunita Williams' safe return to Earth. She spent over nine months aboard the International Space Station. Gupta expressed admiration for her resilience during the mission and recognized the courage of all astronauts involved. Williams and her crew returned last week on a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft, landing in the sea near Tallahassee, Florida, after facing some unexpected delays.
