Delhi Capitals revamp squad for IPL 2025 after major auction changes

Delhi Capitals did not retain Rishabh Pant ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction. They spent ₹14 crores to acquire wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul, marking a significant change in their squad. The team has new support staff, including head coach Hemang Badani and bowling coach Munaf Patel. They retained only four players: Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Tristan Stubbs, and Avishek Porel. In addition to Rahul, Delhi Capitals signed Mitchell Starc for ₹11.75 crores and Harry Brook for ₹6.25 crores.
