Delhi CM calls for unity during Ramadan Iftar event
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta attended a 'Dawat-e-Iftar' event on March 16, hosted by the BJP Minority Morcha. She highlighted the importance of unity and harmony in society during Ramadan, which began on March 2. This event marked the second Iftar gathering for BJP leaders since they took office in Delhi, following the February elections. Gupta previously attended an Iftar hosted by the Delhi Haj Committee on March 1. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju and other BJP leaders were present at the event. They emphasized the significance of Ramadan as a time for communal harmony and collective prayer for the country's prosperity.
