Delivery person killed in collision on Mumbai's LBS Road
A 21-year-old delivery person named Prince Chaudhary was killed in an accident on LBS Road in Mumbai on Sunday. He was hit by a car that was driving on the wrong side of the road. The driver, Siddharth Banpatte, has been arrested for reckless driving. Prince was making deliveries for an aggregator platform and was returning to the store after a delivery. The accident occurred around 3 PM when a Swift D’zire car struck him while driving in the opposite direction. Prince's friends, Hemant Sahu and his brother Premprakash, were worried when they could not reach him. After making a call, they learned about the accident from a stranger. They rushed to the scene and then took Prince to Rajawadi hospital. Sadly, he sustained serious injuries and died later that evening. Prince lived in Ghatkopar with his brother and friend. His family, who live in Balrampur district in Uttar Pradesh, have been notified of his death. Meanwhile, the police have seized Banpatte's car and continue to investigate the incident.
