Delta Force adds "Solo Mode" for easier gameplay
Delta Force: Black Hawk Down is a free remake of a 2004 game, available on PC. The campaign has received mixed reviews. Players have reported issues with performance and difficulty, especially when playing alone. In response, developer Team Jade is introducing a new "Solo Mode." This mode is aimed at solo players who may not have friends to team up with. It will provide a more accessible experience while still keeping the game's tactical elements intact. Ricky Liao, the game design director, mentioned that the team is working on balancing changes to make the game more fair. However, they will not add multiple difficulty levels. Liao emphasizes that the game's challenge is intentional, promoting tactical thinking and teamwork. The new Solo Mode will let players experience the campaign with a different difficulty tailored for single-player gameplay. Liao reiterated that while the game will be easier for solo players, it will still demand critical thinking and strategy, ensuring that it remains a challenging experience overall.
