DFA chief Enrique Manalo attends Raisina Dialogue in India

Foreign Secretary Enrique Manalo is attending the 10th Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi from March 17 to March 19. This marks his first participation in India's key international conference on geopolitical and geoeconomic issues. The event is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation and India's Ministry of External Affairs. It gathers high-level officials, policymakers, and strategic leaders. During the conference, Manalo will hold bilateral meetings with other foreign ministers and engage with the business community. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the dialogue, with New Zealand's Prime Minister Christopher Luxon as the chief guest.
