DFW's Tacos and Tequila Fest features prominent 2000s artists

In Fort Worth, Texas, a popular music festival is set to return this May. The Tacos and Tequila Festival will feature some well-known names from the 90s and early 2000s rap, hip-hop, and R&B scene. This will be the festival's fourth year at Panther Island Pavilion. On May 17, attendees can enjoy performances from several big names. Artists like Soulja Boy, Timbaland, Busta Rhymes, and Trina are on the lineup. Fans can look forward to a mix of nostalgia and great music. Besides the music, the festival will offer various attractions. There will be Lucha Libre wrestling, an exotic car show, and even a Chihuahua beauty contest. Food lovers can also savor delicious dishes from local food trucks. Some of the food vendors include Flores Home Cooking, Salmark BBQ, and Holy Frijole. Ticket prices range from $69 for general admission to $149 for VIP access. The event is for adults only, with doors opening at 2 p.m.
