Dhani Services share price rises 3% after stake increase
Dhani Services, a small-cap stock, saw its share price increase by 3% during Thursday's trading session. This rise came after Valerian Real Estate Private Limited announced that it had raised its stake in the company. The stake was acquired through a preferential allotment of 22.5 million warrants. These warrants can be converted into the same number of fully paid-up equity shares of Dhani Services. Before this acquisition, Valerian Real Estate held 28.73% of Dhani Services' total shares. After acquiring the new warrants, Valerian Real Estate and its affiliates increased their total percentage of ownership to 33.55%. They now hold 178.3 million shares and 4.5 million warrants in Dhani Services. On Thursday, Dhani Services' share price opened at ₹62.26. This was about 4.88% higher than the prior day's close of ₹59.36. The price then reached a peak of ₹64.16, marking an intraday gain of 8%.
