Diljit Dosanjh has released a teaser for his film Panjab '95, directed by Honey Trehan. The political thriller, which stars Arjun Rampal and Suvinder Vicky, will only be shown in international theaters starting February 7, 2025, with no cuts. The film faced challenges with the Central Board of Film Certification, initially requiring 21 cuts and a title change. After an appeal, it was cleared for release without edits, focusing on the true story of Jaswant Singh Khalra and the violence in Punjab. Panjab '95 depicts events following the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, highlighting the unlawful killings of over 2,000 people. Khalra's investigation into these deaths led to his abduction and murder in 1995.
