This date is a delay from its original March 1, 2024, release due to the SAG-AFTRA strike and leadership changes at Pixar. "Elio" follows an 11-year-old boy, Elio Solis, who accidentally becomes Earth's ambassador to an intergalactic organization. The film explores humanity's search for intelligent alien life and features a mix of humor and adventure.
