Disneyland Paris introduces new Lion King log flume ride
Disney CEO Bob Iger recently shared exciting updates about new attractions at Disney Parks. One highlight is the upcoming Lion King log flume ride at Disneyland Paris. This ride will take guests on a journey following Simba's story from cub to lion, inspired by both animated and live-action movies. Iger emphasized Disney's commitment to expanding its attractions. Plans are underway for locations like the Magic Kingdom, where new areas based on Pixar's Cars and Disney Villains will debut. Hollywood Studios will see a Monsters Inc. themed land, while Disney's Animal Kingdom will introduce a Tropical Americas area featuring Encanto and Indiana Jones attractions. In addition, Star Wars BDX droids will soon appear in the upcoming show, The Mandalorian and Grogu. Disney Imagineering has partnered with NVIDIA to enhance these droids' abilities, aiming to create more interactive experiences for guests. They are developing new technology to make animatronics more expressive and engaging. At the Disney Parks, there's a special focus on Snow White, tied to the film's release. Limited merchandise includes candy-dipped "poison" apples and themed products at locations like Alamo Drafthouse, where family parties will celebrate the film. Over at Universal Studios Hollywood, preparations for Fan Fest Nights are underway, featuring food inspired by popular franchises like One Piece and Star Trek. Finally, excitement is building for the Epic Universe, as fans look forward to its immersive experiences and storytelling.
