Disney's "Twisted-Wonderland" anime trailer released for Fall

Disney's "Twisted-Wonderland" will make its anime debut this Fall. Fans have just seen the first trailer during the AnimeJapan 2025 event. This series is based on a popular mobile game in Japan. It reimagines classic Disney villains as students at a magical academy. The anime will feature three full seasons, each focusing on different story arcs from the game. The first season will cover the "Episode of Heartslabyul." Disney has already announced plans for the second and third seasons, which will continue with the "Episode of Savanaclaw" and "Episode of Octavinelle." The main character is Yuken Enma, a regular student who enters the magical world. The opening theme song is called "Piece of My World," performed by the group Night Ravens. Music for the show will be composed by Takumi Ozama, who worked on the mobile game. The series will premiere in Japan in October 2025. It is expected to be available on Disney+ in other countries and possibly on Hulu in the United States. More details about the series and its cast will be revealed in the coming months.
