Dmart leases 35,000 sqft in Ghaziabad mall

Dmart has signed a lease for 35,000 square feet of retail space at Migsun Mi Gente Mall in Ghaziabad. The company will pay Rs 21 lakh in monthly rent for the space, which is part of a 29-year and 11-month agreement. This new location is important for Dmart as Ghaziabad's consumer base continues to grow. Previously, Dmart also purchased a larger space at Migsun's project in Rohini for Rs 108 crore. Real estate experts believe that having a well-known tenant like Dmart will attract more interest from other brands. Yash Miglani, managing director of Migsun Group, expressed excitement about the partnership and highlighted the mall's potential for business success. Migsun Mi Gente Mall offers modern amenities such as 24/7 security, plenty of parking, high-speed elevators, and a reliable power supply. Dmart’s presence is expected to draw many visitors, catering to the needs of the local population. The mall is unique in Ghaziabad as it operates on a lease model and offers a wide range of facilities, including a hypermarket, food court, multiplex, and fine dining options. This makes it a comprehensive retail destination in the region.
