DMCI Homes Inc. plans to launch four new projects in the second half of 2025, aiming for P37 billion in reservation sales. This move comes as the company seeks to reduce its unsold inventory amid ongoing challenges in the real estate sector. The company will allocate P16 billion for capital expenditures next year, focusing on new developments in Metro Manila, Baguio, and possibly Cebu City. Recently, DMCI launched the P24-billion Kalea Heights project in Cebu, marking its expansion into a populous area. Despite a 34% drop in earnings this year, DMCI Homes anticipates improved performance in 2025, partly due to expected lower interest rates. However, high construction costs remain a concern, affecting their project development strategy.
