Dogequest exposes Tesla owners' info, escalating threats
A controversial dark web site called Dogequest has reappeared and is threatening Tesla owners by revealing their personal information. This development comes shortly after the U.S. Justice Department arrested three people related to attacks on Tesla properties. The newly surfaced version of Dogequest includes a database containing sensitive details about Tesla owners, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. It also lists information about Tesla dealerships and locations of superchargers. The dark web site, known as DOGEQUEST Unleashed and managed by 404 Media, has enhanced its features, making it difficult for authorities to shut it down. According to the main Dogequest site, visitors are encouraged to switch to the dark web version. This shift is framed as part of a broader revolutionary effort against Tesla supporters and advocates of the DOGE initiative, which promotes reducing government waste and preventing fraud. The regular version of Dogequest remains active as well. The number of attacks against Tesla properties has been increasing across the United States. These incidents are linked to Elon Musk's political stance and his support for certain government reforms. In response to the growing violence, the FBI has formed a special task force aimed at preventing further attacks. Attorney General Pamela Bondi has announced stricter penalties for those involved in criminal activities against Tesla. Political tensions have also arisen from the situation. Bondi issued a warning to Texas Representative Jasmine Crockett after Crockett suggested that action should be taken against Elon Musk. Bondi reaffirmed that her office will protect Tesla owners, while emphasizing that no legal action can be taken against Musk himself. Law enforcement is now on high alert for any new threats targeting Tesla and its supporters.
