$100,000 lottery ticket sold in South Boston

A person has claimed a $100,000 lottery prize after buying a winning ticket at a store in Boston. The ticket was part of a game called “300X,” which costs $30 and was launched on June 13, 2023. As of March 19, there are still 20 more $100,000 prizes available in the game, along with three prizes of $1 million and two prizes of $15 million. The winning ticket was sold at J&J Mini Mart in South Boston. On the same day, Massachusetts saw at least 584 lottery prizes of $600 or more claimed. This included 11 in Springfield, 24 in Worcester, and 57 in Boston. The Massachusetts State Lottery updates a list of winning tickets daily. It only includes tickets that win more than $600. The biggest lottery prize so far this year was $15 million from a “Diamond Deluxe” ticket sold in Holyoke. The winner chose to take a one-time payment of $9.75 million and plans to support their family and invest the money.
