Drive-by shooting injures one near Boston theater
A drive-by shooting near a movie theater in downtown Boston left one person injured early Sunday morning. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. at the AMC Boston Common theater on Tremont Street. Boston Police received reports of gunfire and responded to the scene. Officers discovered ballistic evidence in the street outside the theater. Witnesses told police they saw someone inside a vehicle firing shots at another person outside. Shortly after the shooting, a person arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound that was not life-threatening. Police have not made any arrests related to the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
