Dry Tuesday; rain and snow expected Wednesday
Tuesday will be dry, with some areas experiencing morning fog. Visibility may be reduced, especially in the Eastern part of the valley. By afternoon, the weather will clear up, becoming mostly sunny, but temperatures will be cooler than normal, reaching the low 60s. On Wednesday, the morning will remain dry, but a weak weather system is expected in the evening. Rain and snow showers will move in after sunset and continue until about midnight. Rainfall in the valley is predicted to be light, with less than 0.10 inches expected. For higher elevations above 5,000 feet, snowfall could range from 2 to 5 inches. After Wednesday, dry weather is expected to return on Thursday, lasting through the weekend. Temperatures are also forecasted to rise above average.
